I know what it feels like to be uncomfortable in your own body. I was an overweight kid who hit 102kg before I decided enough was enough. I lost 30kg — not through a crash diet or a shortcut, but through science, structure, and making atomic changes to my daily routine. That journey didn't just change my body. It changed my life and set me on a path to help others do the same.
Today I'm a certified fitness and nutrition coach with over 8 years of experience and more than 1,500 personal clients coached across weight loss, strength training, and holistic wellness.
I don't preach anything I haven't done myself. Every program I build, every piece of advice I give — I've tested it on my own body first. When I tell you it works, I mean it.

My credentials include Strength & Conditioning coaching at Cult.Fit, Level 0 and Level 1 certifications, Physique Transformation Level 1 & 2 from Team Boss Fitness Academy, and a Diploma in Nutrition & Dietetics.
